1. Auto-complete
As you type a name or e-mail address in the "To:" field, auto-complete will show related names from your Contacts as you type. You can hit enter or click on the name at any time to select the desired contact.
2. Contact Picker
When you click on the "To:" button, it launches the Contact Picker. From there you can select contacts to appear in the "To:" field.
3. Distribution lists
From the Contact Picker you also can click on the Categories tab, and then click on the category (distribution list) you would like to e-mail.
