Pros:
SPAMfighter Pro is simple and easy to use, has a nice interface and integrates nicely with Outlook, and it is quite successful in cutting down spam.

Cons:
It's impossible to find out why a message was filtered or what reporting it really reports, and it doesn't work with IMAP accounts.

Benefits:
SpamFighter Pro is at its most basic level a community-based spam blocker. What this means is that the actual users decide what emails are spam and not spam.

For instance, if you receive an email that you deem to be spam, you click a button on the SpamFighter Pro toolbar, the email is marked as spam and is sent to your spam folder. This email will also be marked as spam in the SpamFighter Pro central database and will automatically be sent to the spam folder of all other SpamFighter Pro users who received this email.

Because of the community based approach of SpamFighter Pro, we imagined that a fair bit of spam emails will get through the filters. Imagine our surprise when it was less than 10%!

Set up:
The installation is easy and straight forward, which you could finish in seconds. There is no adware or spyware combined with the set up file, so you could install it without hesitations.

If you want to remove this program, just click the Uninstall button. The entire program will be deleted from your computer, and there will be garbage left.

SPAMfighter Pro supports Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/3/XP/Vista with Outlook 2000/2/3, Windows Mail 6 and Outlook Express 5/6.

Conclusion:
SpamFighter Pro is simple, easy to install and set up and gets rid of a lot of spam. The only negative point is that it only works with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail. So if you use one of the above email programs, SpamFighter Pro is probably one of the best anti spam software available today.
