Email Express! is an anti-spam software that works with all Windows POP3/SMTP email programs.

Email EXpress! filters email based on DNSBLs, whitelists, blacklists, words, phrases, word proximity, password embeded in TOPIC field, active scripting, and bugs (offsite content).

The program is safe to use, because it does first download and import all your mails into a local database, from where it sorts and filters the messages.
