Deleting Quarantined E-mail
As you view quarantined e-mail, you will find messages that definitely are spam. You can delete those messages permanently. You should delete the messages periodically to ensure that they do not take up an too much space on your hard drive.
If you have received multiple spam e-mails from the same sender, you can also add the sender's e-mail address to your blacklist.
Note: Be sure to regularly review your quarantined e-mail and either send it to your inbox or delete it, so the quarantined messages do not take up too much space on your hard drive. You can set Spam Shredder to delete old e-mails automatically. For more information, see Setting Spam Shredder Filtering Options.
Spam Shredder also improves the learning database each time you delete e-mail from quarantine. The learning database gathers better information about what is spam.
