Understanding Replacement Messages in Your E-mail Client
Whenever Spam Shredder quarantines an e-mail that it thinks is spam (meaning that the e-mail is not sent to your e-mail client's inbox), it sends a replacement message to your e-mail client. It must do this to avoid error messages from your e-mail client when it does not receive the same number of message as it detected on your e-mail server.
If you are using Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora, Spam Shredder automatically creates a rule to place these replacement messages directly into your Deleted or Trash folder. If you are using another e-mail client, you should create a similar rule.
