Deep Optimization
The Deep Optimization mode searches the following locations:
"Current User" startup settings and "All Users" startup settings in the Windows registry
The Startup Folder for the current user and for all users
Browser Extensions (Internet Explorer)
Startup Libraries
Once System Mechanic identifies unneeded startup items, it will automatically remove them from startup.
