Custom Optimization
The Custom Optimization mode allows you to choose which of the following locations are searched:
"Current User" startup settings and "All Users" startup settings in the Windows registry
The Startup Folder for the current user and for all users
Browser Extensions (Internet Explorer)
Startup Libraries
Once System Mechanic identifies unneeded startup items, you can also choose which ones you wish to remove from startup.
