Create snapshot of local registry
- On the File menu, click Create Snapshot of Local Registry.
- Wait several seconds and a new registry window will be opened.
Notes
You will find HKCR, HKCU and HKCC do not exist in the snapshot. Because HKLM and HKU contain all registry data. HKCR, HKCU and HKCC are just links.
HKCR = HKCUSoftwareClasses + HKLMSOFTWAREClasses
HKCU = HKUSID
