Start and Exit the Program

After RegCure is installed correctly, an icon is created on your desktop. You can launch RegCure and the Main window is displayed.

Starting RegCure

There are two ways to start RegCure.

To start the program do one of the following:

• Double-click the RegCure icon on your desktop.
• Select Start | Programs | RegCure | RegCure.

Exiting

You can close and exit RegCure manually or automatically.

To close the program:

Click the close button located at the top-right of the Main window.

You can set RegCure to automatically shutdown after completing a repair of the registry.

To automatically shutdown:

1. Click the Settings button in the Main window.
2. Select Shutdown RegCure after repair.
