Advanced Registry Fix Online Manual

Restore and Backup allows to backup registry hives and to restore then in case of registry corruption. At anytime you can revert back to the last known good configuration simply by restoring the backed up registry hives.

Restore and Backup Window:

The Advanced Registry Fix Restore and Backup Window is displayed as shown below.

Click on Create Backup Now button will take to the Backup Now Window. Click on Restore Now button will take to the Restore Now Window. Click on Back to Start button will take to the Main Status Window.

Backup Now Window:

The Advanced Registry Fix Backup Now Window is displayed as shown below.

By default backup will be created in application folder. If you wish to specify a location, enter or browse to the location in the textbox. Click on Start Backup Now button will take a snapshot of the registry to the specified location, that will be used in the event when you need to restore the registry to a previous state. Click on Back to Restore and Backup button will take to the Restore and Backup Window.

Restore Now Window:

The Advanced Registry Fix Restore Now Window is displayed as shown below.

Enter or Browse to the location of backup in the textbox, by default the location maps to the application folder. Click on Start Restore button will start restoring the registry backup. Click on Delete Backup Set button will delete the selected backup. Click on Back to Restore and Backup button will take to the Restore and Backup Window.

To Close the application click on either title bar Close(X) button (or) select File -> Exit menu item.
