NVIDIA Localization Cleaner is an application that helps you remove localized content from NVIDIA display drivers.

Just unpack drivers (don't install them), select driver folder (Driver Detective) and click Clean.
This will convert localized INTERNATIONAL drivers into ENGLISH drivers.

You can now install or recompress these drivers for further distribution
(because this cleaning also decreases size for few megabytes).

Very useful for fast cleaning of various beta versions (or even official ones)
if you prefer english control panels instead of localized ones.
