How to Activate Adobe Flash Player and Make it Work in IE and Firefox?

Find different solutions to activate Adobe Flash Player to work in IE and Firefox.

Adobe Flash Player is a useful and simple tool for us to enjoy Flash files, while sometimes we may run into such conditions that pop-up notes warn you should install Adobe Flash Player, even if we have installed it onto PC. What's wrong with it? Or what's the rest job we have to finish?

Solution 1. Set Parameters in IE as well as Firefox

  1. The common reason of it lies in the JaveScript - if it is prohibited by your browser (IE and Firefox), the flash files cannot be played automatically. How to set the appropriate selection in IE and Firefox? I will show you step by step.

    Start up IE - choose "Tools" - "Internet Options", and then click "Security" Tab:

  2. Next, click " Custom Level" button at the bottom:

  3. Then you will see the settings of IE - and scroll down your mouse to "Scripting" - "Active Scripting" and then choose "Enable":

    Click "OK" to finish the settings. Restart IE and the setting will activate.

Adjust settings in Firefox

  1. Start up Firefox - choose "Tools" - select "Content":

  2. Already done? OK, see the selections under "Content":

    and then click "OK". You need restart Firefox to activate this setting.

Solution 2. Download Firefox Extensions to support Adobe Flash Player
